I am a student of English Literature and, as such, claim to know more about books than you. That’s utter bullcrap, because most of the stuff they make us study is utter bullcrap. You have no need ever to read Beowulf in its original Old English form or Pamela by Samuel Richardson in any way shape or form. However, there are some jolly good books out there, which I will recommend. I presume you all know that you need to read Byron or you are a sexually incomplete human being? Good, glad that’s cleared up.
